Class release



Record the office-held final documents and release decision. References only; do not enter bank accounts, private keys or financial records. This control does not create missing affiliate agreements or select an offering exemption.


TGEG pilot: minimum 1,000 ($10), total allocation 100,000 ($1,000), cumulative purchaser limit 10,000 ($100). Includes the completed 100-token test. Company review also checks whether multiple accounts belong to the same person.
TGEG-R: minimum 250,000; allocation 20,000,000. TGEG: enter the company's adopted minimum and allocation, up to existing inventory.


TGEG-R closing
The server requires at least $500,000 in verified TGEG-R subscriptions before recording this closing.
