TGEG Ecosystem Whitepaper
Project scope, management and token offering information for the TGEG Ecosystem token on Solana.
1. Project scope
Tritente Global Energy Group LLC, a Virginia limited liability company, is developing an ecosystem spanning energy storage, intelligent mobility, autonomous municipal services and digital-asset education. MiningCityUSA provides the public token information and participation interface.
The TGEG Ecosystem token is a digital token with a proposed noncash service-credit use. Its first described use is Digital Asset Foundations, a learning package addressing wallet security, crypto records and mining electricity costs. A free review edition is available. The proposed commercial price is $10 or 1,000 TGEG; paid token redemption is not open.
| Initiative | Described scope | Relationship to TGEG holders |
|---|---|---|
| MiningCityUSA | Digital-asset education, tools, token transparency and participation requests. | Hosts the current information and request portal. |
| PeakStor Energy | Development of utility-scale energy storage initiatives. | No token-holder ownership or project-revenue entitlement. |
| ZuberX-I | Proposed intelligent mobility and fractional vehicle ownership concepts. | No presently established TGEG redemption or ownership right. |
| CivicShift USA | Proposed coordinated autonomous municipal service platform. | No presently established TGEG redemption or ownership right. |
These initiatives describe business and development scope. Their inclusion does not establish completed operations, financing, commercial success, backing for the token, or rights in any associated entity. Project assets and revenues do not automatically belong to token holders.

Company management profile · Public LinkedIn profile
Management is responsible for defining release terms, reviewing participation requests, authorizing treasury distributions and maintaining Company disclosures. This whitepaper does not designate other individuals as token-program officers, technical auditors or compliance approvers. Names appearing on broader Company team pages should not be treated as having accepted responsibilities for this token without separate confirmation.
The Company’s ownership and appointment records are separate due-diligence materials. This publication is not a certified director, shareholder or beneficial-owner register.
3. Token specifications and administrative control
| Name and symbol | TGEG Ecosystem · TGEG |
|---|---|
| Blockchain and standard | Solana mainnet · Token-2022 |
| Decimals | Six |
| Mint address | J1DFdEwLw4STz3fsP8hJzvwE53fVW8iNn46jJh9azZn2 |
| Reported original treasury issuance | 750,000,000 tokens. Treasury issuance is not evidence of tokens sold or circulating publicly. |
| Mint and metadata authorities | Retained under Company treasury control. The supply is not an immutable maximum while mint authority remains available. |
| Freeze authority | The TGEG mint has no freeze authority. |
| Holder rights | No Company equity, dividends or contractual revenue-participation rights. No guaranteed buyback, appreciation or liquidity. |
Inspect the mint and current chain activity on Solscan. Current balances, supply and authorities should be checked on-chain; this dated publication does not continuously update them.
No immutable vesting, independent treasury audit, third-party token security audit or liquidity commitment is established by this whitepaper. No supply reduction, burn or price reduction is announced here.
4. ICO and token offering information
Offering format: the Company describes its current release as a company-reviewed direct-sale pilot. This whitepaper does not announce a separate exchange launch, public ICO timetable or unrestricted public offering. Availability depends on the Company’s active release settings, purchaser review and applicable purchase documents.
| Company-set token price | $0.01 per TGEG. This is issuer pricing, not an independently established market price. |
|---|---|
| Published minimum | 1,000 tokens / $10. |
| Published pilot allocation | 100,000 tokens, including the completed 100-token test. The allocation is a release limit, not reported sales. |
| Published cumulative limit | 10,000 tokens / $100 per account or registered wallet, with Company review for accounts belonging to the same person. |
| Payment route | SOL, priced against USD through an expiring quote issued for an accepted order. Network and conversion fees may be additional. |
| Opening and closing dates | No separate dated ICO window is established by this document. Consult the active release and accepted order terms. |
| Funding totals and targets | No verified aggregate funds raised, soft cap or hard cap is represented here. At $0.01, 100,000 tokens have a gross face value of $1,000 before fees; that arithmetic is not evidence of receipts. |
| Remaining supply | No complete, final allocation or enforceable vesting schedule for the balance of the 750 million originally issued tokens is adopted by this whitepaper. |
Participation and delivery
- Sign in with Google or an emailed one-time link and save a participation request.
- Select the receiving Solana wallet and complete the wallet-control signature requested by the portal.
- Wait for Company review and acceptance. A saved request or connected wallet is not an accepted purchase.
- Review the purchase, custody and refund terms and obtain a fresh SOL quote for the accepted order before authorizing payment.
- Verify the existing payment receipt. Token delivery is separately authorized and recorded by the Company; it is not guaranteed to be instant.
SOL received in the Company-controlled wallet is not a deposit into TD Bank escrow and is not represented as independently escrowed or bank-insured. Published custody terms describe refunds for unclosed purchases in the original SOL amount received, with the Company paying the outgoing network fee; the USD value can change. The applicable purchase documents govern closing, delivery, longstop dates and legal holds.
Use of proceeds and eligibility
The Company intends to develop the token program alongside its ecosystem initiatives. This document does not adopt a percentage-based proceeds budget or establish funding commitments to PeakStor, ZuberX-I or CivicShift. Requests do not create purchaser rights to project assets, operating income or Company profits.
Purchaser eligibility, jurisdictional restrictions, documentation and required legal conditions must be determined for the particular transaction. This publication does not declare worldwide sale eligibility or that any transaction is exempt from securities laws. A Company declaration submitted in a listing application is not a licensed law firm opinion.
5. Development roadmap and present status
| Stage | Status described by the Company |
|---|---|
| Treasury issuance | 750 million TGEG originally issued on Solana; on-chain receipts available for review. |
| Transparency and participation portal | Published token information, sign-in, wallet verification, request review and controlled SOL-payment workflow. |
| Learning content | Free Digital Asset Foundations review edition available; paid redemption unavailable. |
| Commercial utility | Proposed service-credit redemption remains dependent on documented terms, implementation and required review. No launch date guaranteed. |
| Card payment integration | Under exploration and provider review; no approved Square token checkout is represented. |
| Exchange access | Listing applications and discussions are separate review processes. No exchange approval, listing date or liquidity commitment is represented. |
The roadmap is a statement of present status and development intentions, not a promise of completion or token-value performance. Material changes should be disclosed in a dated revision.
6. Material risks and class distinction
- Utility and development: paid redemption is unavailable and proposed services may be delayed, changed or not launched.
- Liquidity and value: issuer pricing does not establish resale value. Tokens may be illiquid or lose all value.
- Administrative control: retained mint authority allows additional issuance; retained metadata authority allows changes. Company control is not decentralized governance.
- Custody and execution: wallet compromise, mistaken addresses, operational errors and irreversible blockchain transactions can cause loss. Company-held funds carry custody and insolvency risks.
- Regulatory and listing: legal requirements and exchange eligibility depend on facts and jurisdictions. A pending application does not establish compliance, approval or admission to trading.
- Business execution: the broader ecosystem’s projects involve financing, technology, operating and commercial risks; their success does not grant TGEG holders an entitlement to profits.
TGEG-R is separate. The TGEG-R revenue-participation token has distinct rights, documents and restrictions and is outside the TGEG offering described here. Nothing in this whitepaper incorporates TGEG-R economics into TGEG.
