TGEG-R Revenue Participation Class

A separate token class associated with contractual revenue-participation rights established by its executed agreement. Participation inquiries are available below. Access status

Investor subscriptions are not being accepted through this website. A public-address wallet connection and local participation request are available below. Token transfers and payment submission are not enabled.

Purchasers must complete the applicable eligibility review, receive the final disclosures and execute the subscription and rights documents before any payment instruction is issued.

Compare with the TGEG ecosystem token

Revenue allocation requires careful review

The reviewed fixed-denominator model allocates 5% of defined eligible collected receipts across a 250-million-unit class. A fully subscribed 20-million-unit initial offering represents 8% of that denominator, equivalent to 0.4% of eligible receipts for that subscribed group before exclusions and caps. It does not give that group the entire 5%.

The reviewed structure uses a five-year class period, quarterly calculations and a 2× aggregate payout cap, all governed by the definitive agreement. The cap is a limit, not a promised return; distributions may be zero. No company equity or guaranteed repayment is represented.

What the distinction means

TGEG-R is separate from the TGEG ecosystem token. Rights, eligibility, payment calculations, restrictions and risks, if offered, must be established by the final legally operative agreements—not by token possession or a blockchain explorer entry alone.

Do not send funds or tokens based on unsolicited messages, wallet addresses, social media posts or unofficial payment instructions.

Payment requires an accepted order. The intended payment asset is SOL, with USD pricing and an expiring conversion quote. SOL would initially remain in a company-controlled wallet; it is not money deposited into TD Bank escrow. Final purchase, refund, custody and delivery terms govern each accepted order. Binding payment quotes are available through the authenticated order page only after company review. The SOL calculator provides an indicative market estimate, not a binding payment quote. Do not send funds based on this calculator.

SOL custody, closing and delivery

The planned payment route uses SOL, priced against USD through a separate issuer-issued, expiring payment instruction. The calculator above is only an estimate.

SOL would initially be held in a company-controlled wallet. It is not held by TD Bank while it remains in that wallet. Company custody exposes the purchaser to asset-price, cybersecurity and insolvency risks. No bank deposit insurance or independent escrow protection is represented for wallet-held SOL.

The reviewed terms call for separate purchaser records, preservation of pending refund amounts, and no spending, lending, staking or pledging pending subscription funds. Acceptance or rejection is to be communicated within five business days after complete documentation and finalized payment. Delivery is due within five business days after applicable closing conditions are satisfied.

Unclosed purchases are refundable in the original SOL amount received, with the company paying the outgoing network fee. The USD value may change. TGEG has a proposed 30-calendar-day acceptance/delivery longstop unless expressly extended; TGEG-R has a proposed 180-day offering window that must be adopted with an exact deadline in the final agreement. Legal holds and authenticated refund destinations apply.

These provisions must appear consistently in the executed purchase documents. Any existing requirement for independent escrow must be satisfied or expressly amended before collection.

Email alternative

Prepare a participation request using your public wallet and illustrative amount, then open an email draft to delkaso@tritente.com. The draft includes your public wallet address and requested class and amount. You choose whether to send it in your email application.

An inquiry is not a subscription, eligibility approval, token allocation or payment authorization. TGEG must provide the applicable final documents and closing instructions. Do not email private keys, recovery phrases, bank credentials or identity documents.
